On Feb 22, 2025 at 6pm we tried to get out of the Birmingham Al. Airport parking lot. Apparently the computers were down and only 2 people were working. They couldn’t take credit cards. Only cash. This caused for a massive backup and the police had to be brought in. We sat in the cash only line, yes we had cash, for 45 minutes. People were yelling at each other. It was total Chaos. Everytime we park in this deck it’s an ordeal… someone else should take over.
We were at Georgia Tech for a graduation and one of the employees was very sketchy, so we asked for the manager. The manager proceeded to speak over me and raise his voice, not allowing me to speak. Very disrespectful.
