They do an amazing job and its nice that they move everything for me so on the days I forget to move my sons toys, they do it for me!!
Ordered 3tons of rock. Brought a small truck load of rock - nothing to show how much was provided. In past drivers provided wieght of truck empty and weight of truck loaded - from discription of truck not sure it could hold 3tons. Not a good way to do business! Paid for load up front! No paperwwork provided at all!
Business response:
Was delivered with a F350 with a capacity of 4.5 tons. Creek gravel was ordered and is weighed at the material yard but we are not provided with a ticket. If limestone is ordered it is picked up at the quarry and a printed copy is provided. "From discription" - you were not even there when it was delivered. Paid up front because we have to pay when it is picked up and we are not going to receive a shipment set for delivery without a payment. The paperwork was mailed out to the customer.
