Just moved to Lanier landing in Brunswick Ga. from up north, and I must say the girls in the office were in constant contact to make sure that everything went well. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to enjoy all amenities.
It's really nice to be able to walk into your apartment home without stairs, and also really nice to have a back patio to enjoy outside instead of a little balcony. The open center field with volleyball court and putting green are unique to this property, and the playground and "bark park" also add to the neighborhood feel and are useful amenities. The staff is what also makes Lanier Landing a great place to live, they are courteous, responsive, professional, and they care about any problems that arise.

Very nice office staff, addressed questions fast and professional. Maintenance staff also excellent.
