I am so impressed with how easy lanier landing made my move. The girls in the office are so professional and efficient they took all the anxiety out of what would have been a very stressful move. The community is beautiful and clean and the apartments are too. My favorite part of the community is the office and maintenance staff. I can't stress enough how amazing these folks are. Just moved to Lanier landing in Brunswick Ga. from up north, and I must say the girls in the office were in constant contact to make sure that everything went well. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to enjoy all amenities.
It's really nice to be able to walk into your apartment home without stairs, and also really nice to have a back patio to enjoy outside instead of a little balcony. The open center field with volleyball court and putting green are unique to this property, and the playground and "bark park" also add to the neighborhood feel and are useful amenities. The staff is what also makes Lanier Landing a great place to live, they are courteous, responsive, professional, and they care about any problems that arise.
This is a great place to live! Apartments, amenities and staff are wonderful!
