I called Lanier Garage Door Repair when my garage door spring snapped. The owner answered on the second ring, and arranged for the closest service rep to come as soon as available. It was not an emergency, so the 3-hour wait was not a problem to me. Personable and professional Service Rep assessed the situation and quickly changed out the broken spring, inspected the rest of the door, explained everything as he went along. Excellent service, highly recommend Lanier Garage Door Repair!

Scheduling with the Field Manager was a breeze and he was extremely helpful with information. The installer James actually came early for the install and took care of everything quickly and cleanly. Good job done by Lanier who did a good and quick install of the new garage door and opener. The steward was professional and explained everything during the install. Courteous and friendly crew. No attempt at up sales. He left the workplace clean and removed all the waste. Will recommend to family and friends. He had it done in just a few minutes. Great service, 5 stars!!!

My garage door was out of balance so I looked up online for an authentic company to help fixing it. I found company name so I rang them and happily they were able to send help. Their technician came on time and was able to fix everything on my door at a much cheaper price! I am very impressed with their service and responsiveness. My garage door is now working better than ever. They will now be the only company that I will use and recommend! Amazing technician and reasonable price.
