I used to love this bank. Now it’s all about charging overdraft fees even when your account shows you have an available balance. Absolutely crazy. Would not recommend to an enemy. Closing my accounts and moving to another credit union that values its members.

The branch on Mundy Mill road is fine , but the branch office on Thompson Bridge it was very inept! They shorted me $200.00 that I only discovered after I got to the Lumpkin county tax office to pay my property taxes. I told them I needed the $200 and did not have time to drive back down there and get back...they offered to mail me a cashier's check.... brilliant solution. If the tellers cannot count any better than that get machines....it messed up my Christmas shopping, but they did not care!
