I would like to express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of Ms. Juanita Burrola from Lanier Ent Realty. She spoke disrespectfully to me and my daughter’s coach and accused us of lying, which was very upsetting and unacceptable. We approached the rental process with good faith, but were met with rude and offensive conduct. I kindly ask the management make aware of this matter and consider taking appropriate action.
Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! the people in the office are just very RUDE, LIAR and UNPROFESSIONAL. It's like they are doing you a favor for even speaking with them regarding a property. I know they make commission on Property Management! The couldn't make much. Sometimes they answer the phone, most of the time NOT! Kathy, does she EVER have a good day! or is she just mean and crazy and bitchy ALL THE TIME! i WONDER IF THE OWNER'S OF THE PROPERTIES KNOW HOW AWFUL THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER'S! I think it's high time they know!
This company is pathetic and highly unprofessional to work with. They take advantage of others, throw their trash in neighbors property during move outs, having no respect for neighbors properties. When called to speak with management about ongoing issues the manager hangs up. If you use this property manager or rent from this management company expect 3rd world ghetto treatment.
“Office hours” seem to be an arbitrary set of numbers to them. The office is never open, they never answer their phone and they don’t seem to have any organized records of their tenants contact info unless they already left or moved out. The trailer that was on the property was given to us, and instead of updating the lot info when they the ownership was transferred over and the application was filled (with all the new phone numbers and contact information), they continued to harass the previous owner regarding the lot.
