Storage yes, climate controlled, not really. When you walk into the climate controlled section you'll see a large duct running overhead. However you'll smell the "old garage" musty odor and feel the dampness, not any heat or air coming from the duct. There are a could of small room size dehumidifiers by the entry door now that apparently accomplish nothing. Everything we've stored in there now smells musty. Clean storage units & great prices! Staff is quick to fix anything if need be. Always able to get a hold of someone in the office too. Highly recommend!
