Lanie Bittner has helped me for the past 7 or so years to purchase real estate. 1 primary residence that she made so easy it didn’t even seem like a real estate transaction! From the moment I spoke with Lanie, I knew she was special. Our mother moved to a senior apartment and we needed to sell her house. No one in our family lived in Rochester. Lanie came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. She is a consummate professional, with a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of residential property, and the total integrity which gives you the confidence to evaluate and trust her advice.
