I booked a 90 minute float for my husband and received 3 confirmation emails for his appointment but when he got there it was closed. He waited around for 45 minutes and no one showed up.

This place is AMAZING! I can't say enough about it! The owner is wonderful, kind, and makes you feel right at ease. I received a 90 minute float session for my birthday a few months ago and didn't know what to expect. I have osteoarthritis pain and a pinched nerve in my lower back as well as neck pain. After I did this float session I realized it was the first time I had been without pain in 10 years! It revitalizes mind, body, and spirit. First time trying a flotation tank. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. He made me feel completely prepared and it was a great experience!
