FIRST AND LAST TIME! I have never felt this ripped off in my life. I went in for a gel manicure + regular pedicure + gel builder — something I usually pay around $70 for, tops. When the nail tech started on my hands, she casually informed me that a basic manicure — you know, cutting cuticles and all — wasn’t included in the service.
