Super disappointed with how management handled the situation after my nail appointment. After getting my nails and toes done, I realized that the issues I had specifically requested to be fixed were never addressed. Additionally, the nail posting was came off and appeared to be pulling off shortly after. I contacted management hoping they would address the concerns and make things right, but unfortunately, nothing was resolved. They told me and my mother to wait a whole hour just to get our eyebrows arched so we’re not coming back and the lady who also said it looked like she was judging us so she doesn’t have good service at all sorry but, her attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional!!
Very bad service, I told the lady over and over to make my toes square shape and she did not . She thought they looked fine but clearly are extremely crooked . Did not finish service I paid and walked out
