On Fort Myers Beach, the nightly party is at the bar at the Lani Kai Beach Resort. If you want to dance by the ocean, this open-air bar is the place to go; Lani Kai translates to Heaven by the Sea. After a day in the sun, relax with a beer at the bar. There is live music every night starting at 9pm. During Spring Break, the bar gets very crowded and wild. The Resort also contains a restaurant and a piano bar.

Good chicken fried Steak. Good breakfast. Great place.
Service was terrible! Ordered appetizers waited over 45 mins asked what's taking so long waiter says kitchen was backed up! Half hour later they come with our food, no appetizer? They served it to another table. Waiter blames the bus boy he blamed waiter putting wrong table on sheet! Another order never got dressing with meal, asked for that took 15 mins! Food was good! Waitress was AWESOME! I think her name was Leah. One serious issue is that the metal railing need to be replaced or repaired. It is actually shaking. God forbit some one leans on it and it gives way. That's 6 flight down. COULD BE TRAGIC! Should be brought to someone's attention! BATHROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. BUT PLEASE PUT HOOKS TO HANG PURSES! Usually, my most favorite place. But yesterday, was awful. As soon as we emerged from the elevator, we were hit by a God awful smell. Got worse as we were seated on the deck. We were informed it was the garbage area, which is located across from the hostess stand. We asked to be moved from our first seating it was so nauseating. Thank goodness we were not planning to order food. Had a drink then got the heck out....very embarrassing, as we had guests with us...
