We called first and no answer. So we made an appointment for the immigration medical exam on the website and when we came in, the lady at the front desk just ask again why we were there and then she said there is no doctor who could sign the paper today and they are just available on specific days. Such a waste of time to spend when I needed to take half day off from work.
First time in this office and I felt very welcomed and comfortable! I was recommend this office! I was attended by Arleen and she was super sweet! My doctor as well and the rest of the staff! Would definitely recommend this office!
Lani City Helped my dad last year when he went to urgent care we loved it so much that we changed providers now he’s getting seen at Lani and the service is great the staff and doctors are helpful understanding the patients specially Arleen very helpful for my dad since he only speaks Spanish so he was able to understand felt comfortable We get seen at Rialto location also love it there too
Although this is my primary care and I love my provider the customer service in the front is horrible not only do they leave you on hold for extended time the attitude and customer service they deliver is below satisfactory if it wasn’t for the convenience of the location I definitely would go elsewhere
Don’t go there the team is very rude and dr is very unprofessional if I can give a zero rating I would do, we went my mum was so sick we waited for an hour and half and no progress the doctor was laughing and waisting time with the team and leaving the sick patients and then I asked the nurse she told me you have 1 person ahead of you, we waited half an hour more and asked the nurse again and still no progress and lastly the dr decided that he is not seeing my mum in a very disrespectful way after waiting almost 2 hours whil... read more
