I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend Lani Cao. While she charges for consultations (which is fine), the interaction felt unprofessional. During our Zoom call, she was clearly multitasking - looking at her computer and typing on what appeared to be another case - while I was speaking, and often seemed distracted or asked me to repeat myself. I also followed up with a quick question afterward but never received a response. Overall, the experience felt inattentive and not respectful of my time.
