I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but at this point I feel compelled to share my experience. I initially chose this practice because my mom and grandmother love them. My first appointment went well, and I was very pleased. During my second appointment for my Well Woman Exam, everything seemed fine, but I later learned that my Pap smear was lost and never sent to the lab. As of lately, all calls are going to answering service even when the office is open. It’s very difficult to to get through even during business hours!! This is unacceptable!!!!!
