This was my first ever acupuncture session and I am so very glad it was with Dr Lanh. I've had friends family who've suggested their acupuncturist to me but for whatever reason, despite being interested, I've never tried it (also, I can't say I love needles). Dr Lanh takes a no nonsense approach, yet is warm, and concerned with your health. I recently had a few acupuncture sessions with Dr. Lanh. She is a true healer, and that is very rare. She encloses the entire session with a field of healing energy and protection. She took her time, and was very thorough and thoughtful, and I really felt seen by her. I started seeing Lanh a bit inconsistently at first, but after watching my husband completely heal from his back pain under her care, I decided to commit more seriously. Dr. Lan is incredible! Her knowledge is so vast, and the way she makes such personalized health recommendations is so impactful. The first part of the appointment was very informative and helpful: I learned so much about the body, my body, and the changes I could make in my lifestyle to feel so much better and to set myself up for long-term health. Then, the acupuncture was extremely powerful. I could feel the release of weights that I had been carrying. I left the appointment feeling so much lighter. So so so grateful!!
