DO NOT RENT! ROACHES!!!!! This is a FRAUDULENT apartment complex. They will OVER CHARGE you and then FALSELY report it to your credit. I lived there for over a year. I did not break my lease and was never late on rent or a water bill. There was no damage to the apartment but when I moved out I was charged $165 with little description of the charges and NO explanation when I disputed the charges.
