Bad management. Apartments are falling apart. Never answer the phones. And did u know they just a rename for skyline property.. think bout it. Can't wait to move.
Worst management ever! If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Bathroom ceiling has had a leak for 3 weeks now! I've been notifying the management with no response! Notified the super too and not once has he been to my apartment or upstairs to see what is going on.Literally now black mold and mushrooms growing out the ceiling! They don't give a damn! Long story short: terrible management don't work with them.
Never EVER rent in a building owned or managed by Langsam Property Services. In the short year or so they took over my building, they made my life and the lives of the tenants here a living hell. They do not pay their contractors for services rendered. In fact, they left so many contractors unpaid that they started levying construction and repair work onto the super, who is not trained to do that work (attached photos of a repair job my super did). Been calling for 4 days with no answer to the phone and all mail boxes full. Its ALWAYS something with this management and impossible to get a hold of any one. Also, 2nd yr in a row I basically got through the winter with no heat!
This property get 0 stars from me, they do not take care of the property nor do they hire professional help, this is 100% the owner and property manager's accountability here, the tenants are sick and tired of the unprofessionalism with this company.
