This property get 0 stars from me, they do not take care of the property nor do they hire professional help, this is 100% the owner and property manager's accountability here, the tenants are sick and tired of the unprofessionalism with this company.

Ceiling caved in in my bathroom, I tried to reach out to them they never pick up phones but when it’s time for the rent they want it , the ceiling been Leaking ever since I moved in , my living room leaks of water , my bedroom has water stains in my ceiling, the mice and roaches , I complain I call 311 , I almost slipped twice going to the bathroom not knowing puddles of water has been dripping over night, not to mention the Heat no hot water , or hot water no heat , I’m calling 311 every time! The worst management company! It is now 10 degrees outside and the heat is not on. Our children are wearing full sweatsuits and winter hats to sleep, because of how cold it is here. Our Superintendent is also useless and never available to fix any issues within our apartment.
THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE DONT RENT!!!
