The puppy managers for this company are absolutely immature and do not speak to their attendance with respect. Our building recently had a change to Langsam property and its been the worst experience of our entire life. When you call the office, they actively avoid tenant calls unless youre the Super.They Do not respond to emails in timely fashion whatsoever or worry about repairs.No money from the tenants, they will do everything they can to avoid fixing repairs.The ****** reviews say more than I can never tell you one revi... read more
I've been getting harassed for years by my super which has gotten backed up by my management langsam property services and this time they killed my two cats staffed a fake fire and trying to force me to give up my apartment going through personal items in my home checking my locks on me etc. It's discrimination at its best. This company is violating all my rights.
i live in *****************************************************************************. two weeks ago a did a review about *************************************** and his service regarding the property i live, i gave him 1 start, now i have to reconsider my rating base on the well improvement on *************************************** service, the comunication with him is great, solution to my problem is now 100 %..he is returning my calls , calling me back, in general services is now 5 start.
Agent N**** refuses to answer the phone or her email & purposely keeps you waiting for months her supervisor needs to replace her she doesn’t have self control to not let her personal feelings influence her job priorities ??
