This is a follow up to my previous not so perfect review. After speaking with Keith, he was very accommodating and came out to look at our lawn and came up with a plan to fix it. It is a work in progress but he is super willing to get it looking like new. I appreciate all of his help. It is obvious that Lang's does care about its customers.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. My lawn is dead. I am told that it's from the weather but no one around me is suffering from the same problem as we are, and they do not get their lawns treated....that's funny. The dead spots are exactly where our lawn is treated by Lang's and our back yard, that is not treated, is absolutely fine. Also, there are weeds where there shouldn't be since it is treated every month to avoid this from happening.
