Great administration team that work there. Very helpful and attentive. All the staff and even the people that live there are always happy and greeting one another. Great place to live
I had a fantastic experience living here. The staff were awesome—always friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. The level of service was excellent and really made me feel at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community!
I’ve been living in this building and unfortunately, there is a serious pest problem. There are cockroaches in the units and mice in the lockers. The building manager is aware of the situation and they do have someone who comes for pest control, but no real or effective action has been taken to reduce or eliminate the problem. If you’re thinking about renting a unit here, I strongly suggest you ask the manager about this issue before making a decision. It’s important that new tenants are aware of the ongoing infestation.
After a horrible year of living in a building managed by the same company managing this building (centurion) I was beyond thrilled my lease, which I was very clear I was NOT renewing back in MARCH when they sent the notices, was finally over. After not getting any moving out instructions, we emailed management to ask about key drop off. THEY were surprised and informed us the information they had was the lease expiry to 2026.
