I decided to move because the landlord imposed a rent increase above the guideline, even though my rent was already close to market value. Unfortunately, they chose to push it even higher, which felt unreasonable. That said, I appreciated the security of the building and the professionalism of the on-site management, who were always helpful. Noisy neighbors, over priced laundry room $$$$. Unit problem persists and yet the rent keeps rising.
I had a good experience living at 550 Lang's Road. The management staff there are friendly and helpful. The apartment I had was spacious and newly renovated with very big closets. It is conveniently located by the Montfort hospital- could not have asked for an easier commute. And close to trails and safe neighbourhoods for walking & biking. They also upgraded their gym to a larger space with new equipment.
