RecommendedBeen a patient for several years. Dr. Langner always has time to answer my questions. One doctor visit I don't dread every year!
Call the patient when an appointment is cancelled. I have been going to Langner for many years, and had to wait almost a month to get an appointment. Then, due to corona virus, they closed but didn't bother to contact me to let me know OR reschedule the appointment. She sold out when joining this new "group". Won't be going to her any more. (Every other medical appointment I had I received a call/e-mail/text regarding the cancellation and info on how to reschedule....except for this one.)
was able to get in right away, no waiting. very professional and casual at same time. explained everything going on. great experience.

Seriously the most fun I've had at a eye appointment! Dr. Langer even helped me pick out my glasses! Can't wait to pick them up!!
