After battling with painful ingrown toenail symptoms for some time, I found Langmore Podiatry after searching online for available treatments. Marissa offers a totally painless and non-invasive ‘bracing’ procedure, where the sides of the nail is guided to grow into a position where it does not cut into the toe. My experience with Longmore has been exceptional. By far the most positive I have had for my toe. Marissa is an experienced professional who put me at ease every time I received treatment for arthritis in my toe. Her manner is kind and supportive and goes out of her way to accomodate you when booking appointments. I took my 10 year old son to Langmore Podiatry as he has had some gait issues which I was concerned about. Firstly, the receptionist Kevin was incredibly welcoming when we first came into the practice. The podiatrist Marissa was very attentive, caring and patient-focused. She explained what was going on in simple terms, which eased any concerns I had. I ended up referring my mum to the clinic because I was so happy with the treatment and service provided. Would highly recommend.
I can't recommend Marissa and the team highly enough. She was incredibly thorough with her assessment and took the time to explain what was going on and provided me with a tailored treatment plan. As a Chiro myself I now refer my patients who are struggling with any foot, calf, or ankle issues. They all come back with the same glowing reviews and are incredibly happy with the treatment provided.
RE: RUDE MALE RECEPTIONIST First, I must firmly clarify that the claim that I rescheduled my appointment multiple times is entirely false. While I did inquire about alternate times due to the clinic's inflexibility, I made every effort to attend as planned. On the day of the appointment, I asked—for the first time—if a different time could be considered.
