Customer Service??? Used this company for years and never complained about a bill. After recently being grossly overcharged for parts, and after a discussion, Mike agreed to refund me $50 to keep his customer happy. Unfortunately, he never sent the promised refund and has been unresponsive to my follow-up text. I guess he doesn't need my business. Moving on.
