New build, builder used Langley Landscaping. No topsoil used just sand. Mowing company came out today, said this grass won’t last a year, think just prairie grass and weeds growing back.
Agreed to a year contract and couldn’t wait for it to be over. Worst lawn service we have ever had. Needed to go back over everything after they left. Never realized we would have to pay to do the work ourselves
