We went to Langley's to test drive this car. Talk about a real nice family! These guys are great.. If you're in the market for a vehicle or need any towing services I highly recommend this company.
Driver showed up on time as discussed. He was friendly and got the car delivered and unloaded quickly!
After a collision, my vehicle was further damaged at the lot by a large tree branch falling on the roof, which they denied to my insurance. The roof was caved in on one side and windows broken. My personal items were thrown into the back of the car where water and tree debris were, some items were damaged due to this and others missing. The weather tech floor mats were mangled from being ripped out and could not now be used in my new vehicle. Even now they still deny the roof and window damage happened at their lot. The most awful and worst customer service ever! I am still in shock that there is people out there like this. Specifically the female dispatcher that did not even help us. She was super RUDE and very unprofessional and very unreasonable assuming we did not have money to get our car out. Never recommend to using there services. She does not belong in customer service OR IN GENERAL NOT BEING APART OF THAT BUSINESS PERIOD. Will never go to them again & I do not recommend them at all.
