These guys have been out to my house twice now and both times have been exceptional. The entire crew that I dealt with and talked to we're all nice and cool as people. That being said, these guys will go above and beyond if something unexpected pops up to try to help you out. As far as scheduling goes. It doesn't matter who I've been talking to they don't ignore you whether it's through text or a phone call, once they tell you what time they're going to be there, they are there on time and get to it without screwing around. ... read more
The Best ! These guys have been out to my house a couple times for a very small water leaks. and always found the leak and fix it same day. can't thank these guys enough for their continuing service and professionalism.
It's hard to leave a bad review for this sweet family. They have fair prices and are very kind. They repaired a leak and it failed several months later. I reported the issue several times and they were busy. They came out a few days later to see if it was safe to wait for the repair. I was told it was ok to let the water run until they came back over a week later. They repaired the faulty piece they had previously used and did not charge me, which was wonderful HOWEVER my water bill was over $3,000!! Highline water district ... read more

Langley Water just saved us...did a fine repair of the main water shut-off to my house, that was leaking...repair only took a few hours...plumbers were very kind and explained in detail all available options...didn't mind me asking technical questions and explained everything...setup is now vastly improved over original...most impressive...highly recommended...jo'c
