First call to request help with a water line leak and they stated that they couldn’t get to it until next day most likely but fortunately they called back a short time later and were able to come replace the line to our home same day. Start to finish was three hours and minimally disturbed our landscape and brick patio. Fair price too. Hope we don’t need them again but wouldn’t hesitate to call if so!
These guys have been out to my house twice now and both times have been exceptional. The entire crew that I dealt with and talked to we're all nice and cool as people. That being said, these guys will go above and beyond if something unexpected pops up to try to help you out. As far as scheduling goes. The Best ! These guys have been out to my house a couple times for a very small water leaks. and always found the leak and fix it same day. can't thank these guys enough for their continuing service and professionalism.
It's hard to leave a bad review for this sweet family. They have fair prices and are very kind. They repaired a leak and it failed several months later. I reported the issue several times and they were busy. They came out a few days later to see if it was safe to wait for the repair. I was told it was ok to let the water run until they came back over a week later. They repaired the faulty piece they had previously used and did not charge me, which was wonderful HOWEVER my water bill was over $3,000!! Highline water district ... read more
