20260107 @ 0850 window three, African American woman. About an hour ago I picked a number , J607. They called it and when I got to the counter I found out they double assigned it to a woman with a different number. They then made me pick another number and told me there was nothing they could do even though it was their fault. I am a combat disabled veteran recovering from a severe spinal injury and it causes me a lot of pain to sit for an extended amount of time. I am in severe pain and now I have to wait another hour.
