This doctor was dismissive of Genetics (APOE4/MTHFR) and MCAS. I would NOT Recommended for Complex Care. I want to start by saying that I appreciate the time Dr. Luo spent with me. She gave me over an hour of her time and seemed genuinely caring. She also provided helpful referrals to a pain specialist and a recommendation for a pelvic floor physiotherapist, (whom I still have not heard from) which I greatly value. It’s on the 3rd floor, not the 1st. Just so other people know :)
If the care provided at this clinic wasn't so horrifyingly bad, it might be funny. Absolutely no follow up, refusal to see patient experiencing issues, rushed care, and phantomly cancelled appointments without any communication are but a few of the issues experienced. Isn't healthcare supposed to be one of the cornerstones of Canada?
