Can't even get someone on the phone. Ive been trying to call about a prescription for 6 days now. It rings and rings and rings and no one answers. There's no way to leave a message or get a call back. I need my prescription, but they dont seem to care to even answer the phone. I had another pharmacy call to see if they could get it sent over there...they ran into the same issue. Do they even have humans working there???
“Your medication is ready” “Nvm you have to activate it” “Nvm we lost it try again later” “Nvm it’s ready now” “Nvm you have to reactivate it” Just give me my meds it should take 5 minutes. At this point idk if it’s ineptitude or laziness.
This is my fourth time getting my prescription refilled at the Langley Main Pharmacy after choosing this location on MHS Genesis. The first three times I was able to pick it up here without fail. This time they moved my prescription without any notification to the satellite center. The retired volunteer personnel at the quick service window had no customer service, nor answers and kept yelling at me to pull a ticket to talk to someone else thus rendering the online activation and refill process useless.
