This pharmacy puts off base pharmacies to shame. My prescriptions are always filled quickly and dispensed by a friendly team of staff and volunteers!
I don’t know watz happening here but this is a epic failure why the heck u line for an hour or more waiting on urgent pills to go into a bag and it take sooo long u got to leave calling next day machine , Man U alll got to fix this am in soo much pain today with no medicine an can’t walk one thing u got to fix this is unacceptable the pone broke , let me ask this are u making the pills from scratch or you just putting in a bottle hire more people if needed But this must fix no way l
Can't even get someone on the phone. Ive been trying to call about a prescription for 6 days now. It rings and rings and rings and no one answers. There's no way to leave a message or get a call back. I need my prescription, but they dont seem to care to even answer the phone. I had another pharmacy call to see if they could get it sent over there...they ran into the same issue. Do they even have humans working there???
“Your medication is ready” “Nvm you have to activate it” “Nvm we lost it try again later” “Nvm it’s ready now” “Nvm you have to reactivate it” Just give me my meds it should take 5 minutes. At this point idk if it’s ineptitude or laziness.
