One of the worst customer experience I've had. It started by wanting to charge me twice for a "exploratory appointment" for a couple of things, even though I knew what the problem was. Once I said I was not going to pay for it, and just wanted the parts, they made me feel guilty and belittled by telling me multiple times that they cannot guarantee it would be fixed.
