Faris was very accommodating and easy to work with long distance. We flew in from out of province to purchase a vehicle, and he personally picked us up from the hotel to take us to the dealership the following morning. All the details were worked out over the phone with prompt responses, so the transaction at the dealership was quick and painless. Would recommend!

I visited Langley Hyundai for a Maintenance 1 service. The advisor recommended an emission system service, and I clearly asked her if it was really necessary since I don’t know much about cars. She told me it is recommended every 3 years. Because of that, I ended up paying exactly $239.95 extra. After the service, I found out this was actually unnecessary. This was the worst dealership service experience I’ve ever had in Canada. At every other dealership, you work directly with your service advisor, but here it felt completely unorganized. I dropped off my car and waited 15 minutes for the shuttle. Then, only about one hour later, I got a call that my car was “ready” — which didn’t make sense for the type of service being done, but I thought maybe that was a good thing if everything was actually completed properly.
