The atmosphere of this animal hospital is not professional. Extreme disorganization between staff. I brought in my cat for a neuter and got my cat back with a clipped ear. My cat is an indoor cat and not a stray. How careless do you have to be to make that mistake??? When I came to pick up my cat the receptionist, (who I had not once seen working in the reception area to receive people) brought my cat out as if I was picking up a happy meal.
