Rude, incompetent, and a complete joke. please do not go to north central healthcare in Antigo or Wausau if you need any type of mental health services. They are not equipped to help anyone and will only make situations worse. Their staff is unprofessional and cruel and absolutely untrained and/or incompetent for the job they're supposed to be doing. Shame on you North Central healthcare.
Literally the worst. Was hung up on by ‘Nancy’ from the crisis line because she demanded personal info up front that I was not willing to give. People on the crisis line need better training - they’re awful! Also, outpatient care is some of the worst on earth, AVOID tiffany pfluger if possible. She is a drug pusher who would rather throw meds of all kinds at patients than actually listen. Staff is beyond incompetent and there is zero accountability. This place is like a mental hospital from American Horror Story. AVOID.
Communication is terrible here, I can't get my girlfriend in there to save her life, literally. Going to try out of town services.
