Yesterday on 02/06/2026 . I took my 2018 Ford Eco sport in for an oil change and before hand when i called to make this appointment. Said to the service manager that i think i may need brakes. Well it did but why ticks me off is they charged an $30 fee to look and then their price to install new front brakes. I paid but this bothers me. Mr. Wyatt Franzen was incredible to work with from test-drive to delivery - and I could not be more impressed with his professionalism and willingness to answer ALL of my questions.
