Brought in a piece for a new lamp that needed to be threaded. The manufacturer was going to take three weeks to get us the replacement part. Brought to Langills and they threaded it for us while we waited. They were extremely accommodating and professional and Alex did a wonderful job. It was a small job and I thought they might turn us away. It was on a Friday afternoon at 3:45 and they did it right on the spot. Great customer service and work!
Aaron was very helpful in explaining what needs to be done and he did the work within a matter of a minute! He didn't charge us as well, which I've never seen in the industry! Thanks Aaron! 🙏
The Langill's team completed a broken spot weld repair for me - a pretty small job that I thought they might turn down. They executed flawlessly, making a cleaner and stronger weld than the original AND turning around in less than 24 hours. Very courteous and professional team!
OUTSTANDING! They made an extreme tolerance component from scratch to my specifications. The people were great to deal with and the component, WOW, just wow! I was a machinist back in the day and I am truly impressed!
Very reasonable and honest company! Called them to make a tool for us to use at our RV repair shop to press out some bushings, the gentleman who answered the phone recommended a more affordable way to make the tool and so we went that route. The tool was PERFECT! We were able to get the job done with ease and so appreciate the honesty and integrity of the guys at Langill's for their recommendation to save us money! Highly recommend this shop!
