Spoke to the business on 10/7/22 to schedule a furnace clean and check before the heating season. Followed up 10/17/22 to see what the wait time would be and was told they would see what they could do that week. On the day of this review, 1/18/23, more than 3 months since requesting the service I received a call wanting to know if I was still interested in the service.
