so, we had roof leaks at our chimney. i received two quotes, but both quotes were completely different. the other quote was to reflash the chimney and replace shingles and was over $5000. Langford’s quote was to fill in holes and cracks in chimney mortar and waterproof for $750. we contracted with Langford and they did what they quoted. yesterday was the first rain since the repair and we received 3/4” of rain.
