Great experience with the allergist In Macon. Not so much the staff. I scheduled an appointment because crystal checked my insurance and told me that my visit would be covered. It was NOT. I ended up paying 100s of dollars out of pocket that day. I called the next day to follow up On my bill. I have been calling since march for an EOB. Kathy finally calls back while I’m working . Love this place. Great and through very friendly. Listened well and took care of my chronic allergies after years of trying other places.
My sons and I have been seeing Dr. Langford for nearly 10 years and his care for our allergies and asthma has always been excellent. He and his team is very attentive, provide customized treatments, and are especially great with our younger boys.
