Its ridiculous that I get called, yelled at and talked over due to a few co-pays that I was never told about years ago. I was trying to tell him that I have no job due to PTSD and am in very intense therapy so I don't have any money at all. Its ridiculous that he sent me into a PTSD spiral and made me cry, when I was trying to explain that I'm in intense therapy and have severe PTSD and don't work currently due to the PTSD so I don't have money. But he decided to yell and talk over me and give me a PTSD flare.
