I just spoke to who I believe to be the owner Lara. I emailed her my paystubs and bank statements. She then stated I needed to send my tax returns. I sent her a message expressing my concerns because I’ve never heard of paystubs and bank statements not being acceptable before I even start the application process for a rental property. She called me seemingly upset because of my expression of my concerns and was very aggressive and even cut me off while I was trying to speak my peace.
