Krazy, my world, was extremely sick with a URI for near 2 weeks. She had difficulty getting oxygen, open mouthed breathing constantly. Dr. Riddles was her primary vet during it all. I was making *multiple* trips to them every day. I feared she wasn’t going to pull through. Dr. Riddles, always very busy when we went, took the time to talk face to face and calm me down. After putting a random, unnecessary stitch in my dog's paw (and then denying they did it), they gave added staff that would, instead of admitting they forgot to give you pertinent information, rather blame you. if you enjoy being interrupted during every sentence while you are trying to explain your issue, then ladies and gents the owner and new staff members of this place are for you! I loved bringing my pup here and encouraged many others to make the switch to Lange. I won't make that mistake again.
The staff is very caring and professional. They go above and beyond to treat your pets. Their prices are reasonable and I fully trust them with my pets.
Dr. Riddels took such good care of our cat when he was injured! We will be using this clinic for all our pet needs going forward!!
