If I could give these ppl zero stars I would. Not only are they completely unprofessional but the owner, Jaysen Lange is rude and obnoxius. My mom, who is almost 80 yo and whose second language is english called to check the status of her roofing work and spoke to a secretary before she was transferred to Jaysen Lange. My mom was yelled at over the phone by this unprofessional clown and then he hung up on her.
