I went in to get my mirror checked on a recall I also asked them to check my hatch because it was not opening they said it would be $160 service fee plus tax so I paid $190 per hour, walked away with no hatch fixed and they said maybe maybe it could be an electrical problem. With a good mechanic and high-tech computers I don't understand how they could scare me out of $190 and not get anything fixed at least I should have an answer of what was wrong but it never happened so unsatisfied will never go back again.
This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership.
