Amazing dealership! They do absolutely everything right! Amazing product knowledge, a consultative and customer-centric approach, and amazing service experience.
Great experience! I love my new Explorer! Thanks to Matt, Andrew and Tawni!
Mackinley, Garion and Andrew J were all fantastic. Mackinley was knowledgeable about the vehicles, he was friendly and able to accommodate my schedule. I brought my daughter in with me to buy a vehicle and he was so kind to her. Additional to this he was extremely professional. Garion was easy to deal with for financing, knowledgeable and professional. Andrew J helped out a bit with my buy and trade as well and was lovely. Thank you guys!
I had an excellent experience with Russ and his team at Lange and Fetter Ford! They had a hard to find, well-optioned vehicle that I was looking for, and the entire transaction was smooth and straightforward. Pricing was transparent, exactly as advertised online, discounted off MSRP, with no hidden fees or surprises. It was a refreshing experience compared to other dealerships. Even if you’re coming from the GTA, it’s absolutely worth the 2 hour drive. Highly recommend Russ and his team!
They were so sweet, they took care of us. Andrew made us coffees. They went through the vechile with us, showed us different aspects inside the truck. Stayed past close to finish up the paper work. Nicer sales staff I haven't seen in years
