I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. I left a $500 deposit on a used truck while I was considering the purchase because I live farther away. After reviewing everything, I decided not to move forward with the deal and contacted the dealership just two days later to politely request my deposit back. Unfortunately, they refused to refund the deposit, despite the short timeframe and the fact that I had been respectful throughout the process.
