completely pointless in calling, the lady on the other end of the phone was rude and condescending. Was very unhelpful and gave general one word answers with no follow up
If I could give a 0 I would. I came in because I had a missing filling for sometime now and needed it to be filled. I had to argue why I needed it filled, finally the nurse realized that the x-ray was old and flipped to the newest one. He glanced at it and got to work. He numbed me, and I felt it all. He gave me at the very least 2 viles of numbing and I still was in immense pain. I was shaking and crying and asked him to stop. He didn't.
