Me and my kids love it here.
The general condition of the property and the unit were “tired”. The grounds, building exterior, and the interior of the townhouse were in need of updating. At least when compared to other communities and units of the same size and price.
The other day I had a tour with Morgan...everything was great...she is very nice and explained everything I was interested in very well.
Inordinate delay in processing application. At the time of tour , the agent told this process takes 3 or 4 days. Waited but no one bothered to help facilitate.. i am penalized for no default of mine. Looks ur admin keen on making easy money by using my money Inefficient people handling and reckless attitude
