terrible service The service station was unsatisfactory in my opinion. My car was in the shop more than it was on the road. I will never purchase another volkswagen and especially not from Langan.
Decent service I purchased one car here. The sales process was fine - but pretty middle of the road. The service department was good. During the two years I had the car, the same employees were there (low turnover). My car was always fixed within the timeframe stated and I never had to bring it back because the job wasn't done correctly. Pricing was on the high side - but almost all dealerships are expensive.
