Stay away from this company if you’re looking to get plumbing work. They also operate under Roto-Rooter. I called to have a constant hot water leak in the shower repaired. A tech did arrive the next day, made an assessment, and said he would be out the next business day. The tech did not know how to cut the hot water off in the house during his visit to conserve oil. This company is a complete joke, totally dishonest and only interested in taking your money. I am currently calling for the 10th time today to get an invoice for a job completed on Sunday, today is Friday. The owner or manager, Ned didn’t even have the decency to call me himself when the price for the work changed not one not two but three times.
