Last week I had an encounter with a man in a Lang Roofing Truck. This man speeds up and down my street almost daily. Last week he happened to come roaring up behind me as I exited the 5 Freeway on Paramount Blvd. He rode my bumper all the way into my neighbourhood. I drive the speed limit, particularly in residential areas. He passed me and I followed him into Bell Gardens.
