I've never had to bring my car into an auto-body shop before, and I'm so glad I took it to Mission Bay Collision! Leo was not only kind and comforting, but he also called me every time there was an update on my vehicle. They were quick, efficient, and kept me looped in every step of the way. The quality of service was incredible! I swear my car runs better than before. 10/10!

Scam, stay away! I came in for an estimate to repair rear-end damage. They quoted me $2300 for what was only a dented rear bumper, which seemed incredibly expensive. When I asked for a detailed estimate so I could understand why the price was so high, they said they would email it to me. That never happened. Please be cautious about this place for auto repairs. I took my vehicle there for a fix and ended up with additional damage. I specifically asked them to repair the rims on my tires, but they decided to change the colors without my permission. I have a brand new vehicle, and when I returned to pick it up, I was shocked to see the rims in a completely different color. I’ll be taking pictures to document this. Avoid Mission Bay Collision Body Shop! I had a terrible experience at this shop and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Despite recommendations from my insurance company, l found that they damaged my vehicle further instead of fixing it. They replaced and changed parts without my consent, leaving me in a frustrating situation. It's clear that customer trust is not a priority for them.
