We were very pleased with Lang Home Medical Equipment. The company was responsive when I called for service and operated in a personalized way--not big and detached where it can be difficult to reach a person directly. Danny was knowledgeable and courteous. I was relieved as soon as I heard his handling of the appointment. He made my mother feel comfortable and involved her in his recommendations. I liked that he explained what he needed to do to me, too. We will definitely call on them again.
The equipment was always in good, clean condition and worked properly. The team was extremely professional every time they delivered another piece needed for my mother's care. I truly appreciate the great communication prior to each delivery. Thank you again for all that you do.
We’ve rented mobility scooters from Lang in the past and eventually bought a used scooter, When it needed new batteries Lang did the replacement. When I had knee replacement we rented a hospital bed so that I didn’t need to go upstairs. My husband currently uses a lightweight transfer wheelchair for distances and the brakes needed adjustment. This is the second time that I have used Lang medical equipment company. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain all of my options, helped me choose exactly what I needed, and made sure everything was delivered and set up perfectly.
