I spoke with Lang’s Home Medical Buffalo Grove technician. He had me face time him to help me trouble shoot my chair situation. He identified the issue and found it was under warranty. I picked up the part the next day and It was a pleasure to work with Lang H.M. of Buffalo Grove.

I have been a customer for several years and their customer service has been exceptional. From the owner Rob to the support/repair staff including Danny and Jacob you want them on your team for your handicap needs.

We had a wonderful experience at Lang! After looking at over 35 lift chairs for my 95 yr old mother-in-law, to replace her 10 yr old broken down chair, we made a last attempt by going to Lang's. We should have gone there first! Everyone in the store is friendly, considerate, and extremely helpful and compassionate. The new chair was delivered within the promised timeframe. Danny serviced a problem with operation of our Bruno stair lift. He was excellent in fixing the power problem in a timely fashion and giving us some tips on the Bruno lift. Thanks to both Danny and Lang for the prompt visit and being very responsive to the problem.
